S: hindi naman everyday present lahat yan. of the hundred employees there are about half are with te sergice and half are with the **** drivers. so half and half yan. so magaansent, ayaw pumasok. may sakit, may sakit yung anak, may sakit yung asawa, namatayan… madamig reason. so that is te major problem, absenteeism. but we get naman ano… pero for the drivers, eksacto lang naman yan eh. so pag may absent, we just get extras. oo, for the day kukuha kayo ng kasama nila.
C: so that does not really affect the….
S: yea, kaya. We were able to resolve that immediately kasi deluvwry in the morning eh. So office is closed, sula na ang bahala. ***SOP pag absent sya, humanap ka ng kapalit. Madali nalang kasi maraming walang trabaho so madali kumuha ng kapalit, but the engineers since they are trained, wala kaking magagawa.

S: oo, yea. Either you have to attend to 15 customers today… There are only ten of them so kulang ng lima. So the others wait. And we assign them per area. One goes to makati, one goes to manila, one goes to pasig. So they ake care of all the calls in that area.
